What personal data we collect and why<\/h2>

Orders.<\/strong> When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, company details (company ID, tax ID and VAT ID, if you order as a business) and the content of your order. We use this data to process and deliver your order, issue invoices, handle returns and complaints, and meet our legal accounting and tax obligations.<\/p>

Customer account.<\/strong> If you create an account, we store your login details, order history and saved addresses so you can check out faster and track your orders.<\/p>

Contact form and email.<\/strong> If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address and message in order to answer your question.<\/p>

Payments.<\/strong> Card payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on the secure Stripe form and are not stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of the payment and its status.<\/p>

Delivery.<\/strong> To deliver your order we pass the data needed for delivery (name, address, phone number, email and, if you choose a pick-up point, the point you selected) to our delivery partner Packeta (Z\u00e1silkovna) or another carrier.<\/p>

Technical data.<\/strong> When you visit the website, our servers and the plugins we use automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you open. We use it to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and make it work properly.<\/p>

Legal basis<\/h2>

We process your data to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); for our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure, answering enquiries and protecting our legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and, where required, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.<\/p>

Who we share your data with<\/h2>

We share personal data only where necessary and only with: payment providers (Stripe), delivery and logistics partners (Packeta and other carriers), our accounting and legal advisers, and providers of hosting, website maintenance and email services. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission\u2019s standard contractual clauses.<\/p>
